Every line of training your people rely on should trace back to a real source — and you should be able to point to the exact page it came from. That's the whole idea behind Scormy One.
Our mission is to make accurate training the default, not the exception. We turn the documents a company already trusts into verified, structured knowledge — and we generate training from that knowledge, with every fact tied back to where it came from. No invented details. No confident guesses. Just training your team can stand behind.
Why we built this
Generative AI made it easy to produce training in minutes. It also made it easy to produce training that's confidently, fluently wrong.
A general-purpose AI doesn't know your safety procedure, your refund policy, or the torque spec on page 47. So it does what these systems do: it fills the gap with something plausible. Most of the time it sounds right. Sometimes it isn't. And in training, “sometimes wrong” is the dangerous part — because nobody reads training to fact-check it. People read it to learn what to do.
That's the failure that bothered us. A document chatbot answers a question and forgets it. If it gets something wrong, the damage is one bad answer. But training that teaches the wrong thing scales the error: it gets published once and then taught to everyone, over and over, with the authority of an official course behind it. A wrong instruction in a manual is a typo. The same wrong instruction in a published training module is a liability.
We didn't want to build a faster way to generate plausible content. We wanted to build a way to generate correctcontent — and to prove it's correct.
The fix isn't a smarter guess. It's grounding. If every claim in a training has to come from a real source document, and every claim carries a link back to the exact page and region it came from, then “is this right?” stops being a matter of trust and becomes a matter of checking. You can click the claim and see the source. That single shift — from “the AI said so” to “here's where it says so” — is the product.

What we stand for
Four convictions that decide every trade-off we make.
Accuracy over fluency
Smooth, confident writing is easy. Correct writing is the hard part — and the only part that matters in training. When the two are in tension, we choose accuracy every time. Generation is checked against the source before it’s allowed through: a script that paraphrases what the document says passes; one that invents or contradicts it gets rejected and rewritten. Quiz answers are held to a stricter bar — they have to be derivable, word for word, from the material being taught.
Provenance, not promises
We don’t ask you to take our word for it. Every claim in a Scormy One training links back to the precise page and region of the document it came from. “Faithful” isn’t a marketing adjective here — it’s something you can verify yourself, claim by claim, by following the trail back to the source. If we can’t show you where a fact came from, it doesn’t ship.
Your data stays yours
Your documents are walled off from every other customer, with no exceptions and no shared pools. Access is decided on the server, never the browser — and when the system is even slightly unsure whether you’re allowed to see something, it denies access rather than risk a leak. We’d rather fail closed and make you ask twice than fail open once. Knowledge you put into Scormy One is yours to keep, export, archive, and delete.
Built to be checked, not trusted blindly
We’re a small, focused team building one thing well. We’d rather earn confidence through a system you can audit than ask for faith we haven’t earned yet. The whole product is designed around that instinct: show the source, gate the output, log the activity, and let you verify everything.
What we’re building toward
We’re early, and we’re honest about it. Here’s what works today — and what we’re building next.
Today, Scormy One does the core job end to end: it ingests your documents, extracts a durable layer of verified knowledge from them, and generates complete training courses — outline, scripts, and quizzes — that stay tied to their source. You can author a course in a chat-driven studio or hand the whole thing off and let it build the draft in the background, in the document's own language. When it's ready, you publish a versioned course and deliver it through a structured export or a shareable link.

We're building the layer that watches for source changes, re-checks the training against the new material, and flags exactly what's gone stale — so a course never quietly drifts away from the policy it's supposed to teach. This is on the roadmap, not in your hands yet — and we'd rather tell you that than imply otherwise.
